We fulfill all our orders through various fulfillment warehouses and solutions around the world to all our customers worldwide. In order for us to fulfill orders in the fastest possible way, our fulfillment workflow is very much automated, if you need to make any changes, please contact our customer support at support@runnerworn.com and we will try to intercept your order before they are being processed.

All our custom designed apparels are printed and fulfilled in the United States.

All other items are fulfilled through our warehouse locations in Asia and Europe.

How much does shipping cost ?

Most of our products are free to ship worldwide except for our in house designed graphics top. If there are any shipping fees, they will be calculated during checkout(or labelled as free shipping on the product page)

Do you ship to my country ?

Yes. We ship worldwide to any country.

How long does it takes ?

We try to ship out all orders within 1-3 business days. During peak season, there might be a couple of days delay.

Shipping Transit

US/UK - 5 to 9 business days

Other destinations - 10 to 20 business days.

As we are fulfilling from different countries, shipping times may be slightly delayed due to local public holidays. We seek your understanding and you may contact our customer support at support@runnerworn.com should you have any questions.

I need my order urgently, can you expedite my order ?

Please contact support@runnerworn.com and we will do our best to ensure that your order reaches you but we cannot promise that it is always possible.

What is your return/exchange policy ?

We offer a 30 day return policy as long as the packaging is unopened and intact. The only exception is for our in house designed apparels(graphics top), we are unable to offer returns or exchanges as they are printed on demand.

If the product received is defective, we will have them replaced at no additional cost.

I bought 2+ items, but i only received one ?

Your order may has consisted of different items and coming from different warehouse, we ship them separately so they can reach you faster. If you have not received all your items after our estimate delivery times, do drop us a email and we will check it for you.

Does the price includes taxes or custom duties ?

No, we do not collect taxes or custom duties. As the tax rates and threshold varies for each country and we do not have a comprehensive list of them, please check with your country's custom authorities if there will be any taxes or custom duties imposed for purchases outside your country. If you need help on checking the information, do contact our customer support and we will assist you.
